Easy Returns & Exchanges
Although we are confident that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase from Backup-Power.ca, we know it’s sometimes necessary to exchange or return an item. Just call or email us within 5 days from the date of delivery and we will gladly exchange the unused item or refund your purchase price* (excluding shipping**).

Special Orders
Customers may not cancel special orders, which include but are not limited to products that are not normally stocked by Backup-Power.ca or bulk orders that are not normally stocked by Backup-Power.ca. Customers will be advised if their order is a special order prior to processing the order. All special orders are sold on a final, non-cancellable, non-returnable, non-refundable basis.
* Returned items must be undamaged and in their original packaging.
Sentinel Power (now known as Sentinel Solar) and UPSforLESS Products are under a full year warranty but due to the nature of the product, they have a no-return policy. Please ensure that you order the correct model and contact us first if you require assistance.
** With the exception of defective products or products that arrived damaged, the purchaser will be responsible for all shipping costs when returning an item including the cost of shipping the order to the purchaser as well as shipping the item back. Backup-Power.ca will pay up to a maximum of $100.00 of total shipping cost to return any products that arrive defective or damaged.
